To use your bath soak, sprinkle a handful or two under warm running water whilst filling the bath, give the water a quick swish to disperse any undissolved salt crystals before you jump in. Lie back and enjoy the wonderful aroma of the essential oils and the soothing and detoxifying effect of the salts.
